Tanks:   The tank prices on this web site include delivery for the areas detailed on each individual tank.  If you want a tank that is not normally available in your location, additional delivery charges may apply and we will be happy to quote these for you.   If you have ordered a tank that does not include delivery in your area, we will contact you prior to processing your order to confirm your acceptance of the freight charges.

Australia Post:   We now also send orders via Australia Post through the Express Post system.   Express Post bags to 500 grams are $12, bag to 3 KG is $17-00 and, a bag to 5 KG is $25-00 including GST.   We are unable to send goods general post.  

Small Orders less than 1kg:   If your order is less than 500g and, is small enough to fit in an air bag, we will dispatch it in a Toll Priority air bag and the standard charge for this is $12.   Please note that 1KG air bags CANNOT be delivered to PO Box destinations.   Our staff will check and manually process your order and add the $12-00 freight charge to your total invoice AT THE TIME OF PROCESSING.   We always send an email with a copy of your invoice advising you of the delivery company, dispatch date, consignment note number and, expected delivery date.  

Small Orders less than 3kg:   If your order is less than 3kg and, is small enough to fit in an air bag, we will dispatch it in a Toll Priority air bag and the standard charge for this is $18.   Please note that air bags CANNOT be delivered to PO Box destinations.   Our staff will check and manually process your order and add the $18-00 freight charge to your total invoice automatically.   We always send an email with a copy of your invoice advising you of the delivery company, dispatch date, consignment note number and, expected delivery date.

Medium orders less than 5kg:   If your order is between 3kg and 5kg and, is small enough to fit in a 5kg air bag, we will dispatch it in a Toll Priority air bag and the standard charge for this is $33.00.   Please note that air bags CANNOT be delivered to PO Box destinations.   Our staff will check and manually process your order and add the $33 freight charge to your total invoice automatically.   We always send an email with a copy of your invoice advising you of the delivery company, dispatch date, consignment note number and, expected delivery date.

Orders between 5 and 25kg:   If your order is bulky or weighs between 5 and 25kg, we will phone you prior to processing your order and provide you with a confirmed freight charge.   These orders are normally delivered by Toll Road Express or Startrack Express.   We always send an email with a copy of your invoice advising you of the delivery company, dispatch date, consignment note number and, expected delivery date.

Orders over 25kg:  We will contact you to confirm the actual freight charges prior to processing your order.

Poly Pipe:  We do not have a minimum order value for pipe and we will be happy to fill any order PROVIDED it is a stock item from our warehouse in Glen Innes or Ex-Brisbane warehouse.   Freight will be charged at cost and we will contact you prior to charging your credit card for approval.  

Warranty:

Every product sold by us carries a minimum 12 months manufacturers warranty and, in many cases, the warranty can be as long as 5-years.

In addition, when you make any purchase from irrigationwarehouse.com.au you are covered by our own 7 day money back guarantee.   If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any item that we have supplied, simply return it for a refund.   Please note that items must be unused, in the original packaging and that freight costs are not refundable.

If you cancell your order:

If you place an order with us and then decide to cancell the order before we have charged your credit card, we will cancell the order at no cost.

If you cancell an order after we have processed your order and charged your credit card, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our costs.

If we have already dispatched the goods when you cancell the order, we will refund your money less all costs that we have incurred plus 2.5% when we receive the equipment back into our warehouse.   Costs include freight, packing, insurance, processing fees, and any other direct cost that we pay including cancellation fees and restocking fees charged to us by our suppliers.

Payment Options

We have arranged this site so that you are able to pay for your order in any of the following options.

1.   Manual payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and our secure payment server.   This is now a very safe way of paying for your order, or,

2.   Fax your order together with your credit card details, or,

3.   Fax your order and direct deposit the full amount to our bank account.   If you choose this method, please wait for our e-mail confirmation before depositing funds, or,

4.   Mail your order together with your cheque or money order, to us at "Irrigation Warehouse Group Pty Ltd, PO Box 592, Glen Innes NSW 2370, or,

5.   Phone us with your order and credit card details.   Office hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and our phone number is (02) 6732 6333.

Regardless of which option you choose, we will always confirm your order and payment details by e-mail.   This confirmation will include details of how your order has been dispatched and the anticipated delivery date together with consignment note number.

If you have received a "Special Price" quotation, you will need to pay for the products with a direct deposit into our bank account.   We will have sent the details on how to pay with your faxed or e-mailed quotation.

Every order dispatched will include a copy of the tax invoice that will be required by your accountant if you need to claim a GST input.

All prices on irrigationwarehouse.com.au are in Australian dollars.   GST is calculated at 10% and is included on the shopping cart page when you have the "Australia" button selected on each page.

We reserve the right to vary prices and specifications on any product at any time without notice.   Any price displayed as $0.00 does not mean the goods are free, it means it is out of stock and can only be ordered as a "Back-Order".   Payment for these goods will not be debited to your credit card until the goods are available and we have received e-mail confirmation from you.
